<p>A process of producing a healthy food product more particularly to a process of producing jute (Corchorus Olitorius)-flavoured yogurt comprising the steps of: preparing and measuring the ingredients such as jute (Corchorus Olitorius)-leaves extract, yogurt starter, whole milk and sugar; heating the milk using the large pots that fit inside one another to create a double broiler with occasional stirring until the milk start to froth; cooling the milk using a cold water bath then set aside; warming the starter yogurt in room temperature while waiting for the milk to cool; adding to the starter yogurt, jute (Corchorus Olitorius)-leaves extract and sugar to the cold milk; stirring of the mixture to distribute the billions of bacteria throughout the milk; putting of the mixture in a clean container; covering and sealing the container tightly with a plastic wrap or lid; incubating the yogurt to encourage bacterial growth for seven (7) hours until it becomes thicker and tangier and; refrigerating the yogurt for several hours.</p> |
