PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an uneven structure shape of a carrier and transferable diversity of an arrangement, so as to increase diversity of function.SOLUTION: A functional transfer body (14) includes: a carrier (10) having an uneven structure (11) on a surface; and at least one functional layer (12) formed on the uneven structure (11). The functional layer (12) includes a resin. An average pitch of the uneven structure (11) is 1-1500 nm. A concavity (11a) of the uneven structure (11) has a space. In an exposed surface of the functional transfer body (14) on a side opposite to the carrier (10) at a temperature range over 20°C to 300°C or below, the exposed surface on the side opposite to the carrier (10) exhibits tackiness, or tackiness of the exposed surface increases.
