PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear medicine diagnostic device which executes collimator aperture correction OS-EM three-dimensional reconstruction for correcting image distortion to be caused by data absence near effective field-of-view or image boundary, and to provide an image processing apparatus and an image reconstruction program.SOLUTION: A nuclear medicine diagnostic device includes: a gamma ray detection unit which detects a gamma ray emitted from radioisotope applied to a subject via a collimator; and a reconstruction unit which corrects deterioration of gamma-ray emission position resolution of the collimator by use of a predetermined response function, in generating a reconstruction image by OS-EM three-dimensional reconstruction on the basis of projection data obtained by the gamma ray detection unit, and corrects deterioration of the position resolution of a correction area by using different response functions for a predetermined outer circumferential area in the correction area and an inner area excluding the predetermined outer circumferential area, where deterioration of the position resolution is to be corrected. |
