A current measurement unit 123 measures current in a main distribution line 114, which is part of the indoor distribution line 101 for supplying AC power to a load apparatus 113 and supplies AC power output from the first power conversion unit 121 combined with AC power from a commercial power supply 107. An abnormality detection unit 124 detects an abnormal state of the indoor distribution line 101 by analyzing the current measured by the current measurement unit 123.
