CALL SYSTEM, MOBILE ROBOT AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING TERMINATION CALL IN THE MOBILE ROBOT

Disclosed are a call system for processing an incoming call by dividing each user when multiple users receives an incoming call by using one mobile robot, a mobile robot therefor, and a method for processing an incoming call in a mobile robot. According to an aspect of the present invention, the incoming call processing for the mobile robot comprises the steps of storing mapping information of voice features per user and district identification information; receiving the incoming call which contains the district identification information from a communications network; extracting the voice features from the mapping information using the district identification information which is included in the incoming call; and guiding the reception of the incoming call to the extracted voice features by voices.
