PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability.SOLUTION: A movable member 29 is formed so as to be vertically movable between a lower closed position where communication of a discharge hole 47 with a communication hole 37 is closed and an upper opened position where the discharge hole 47 communicates with the communication hole 37. A fixed member 28 is provided with a restriction member 65 which restricts the upward movement of the movable member 29. The restriction member 65 is provided with an engaging part 70 which engages with a part to be engaged 64 to restrict the movement of the movable member 29. The restriction member 65 is formed so as to be swingable between an engagement position of engaging the engaging part 70 with the part to be engaged 64 and a disengagement position of disengaging the engaging part 70 from the part to be engaged 64. An over-cap 13 is provided with a push-down part 74 which pushes down the movable member 29 located at the opened position to move it toward the closed position when the over-cap 13 is fitted to a discharge cap 12, and a guide part 75 which pushes the restriction member 65 located at the disengagement position into the radial direction to swing it toward the engagement position when the push-down part 74 moves the movable member 29 to the closed position. |
