PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe fitting structure for a vehicle capable of eliminating an exhaust gas odor in a cabin by suppressing an exhaust gas discharged from a tail pipe from flowing back to a cabin side.SOLUTION: In a tail pipe fitting structure for an automobile V such that an exhaust finisher 3 is fitted to a rear bumper 1 integrally and a rear end 6a of a tail pipe 6 constituting a downstream end of an exhaust gas passage is arranged in the exhaust finisher 3, a cover member 18 including a cover pat (upper wall 18b) overlapping with the exhaust finisher in a front-rear direction is provided for the tail pipe 6 in front of the exhaust finisher 3 so as to cover a front part of the exhaust finisher 3 at least from above, and a rear end 18c of the cover part (upper wall 18b) is positioned behind a rear panel 19 positioned in front of the rear bumper 1.
