摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation device having high frequency stability.SOLUTION: Temperature of an atmosphere (container 11) where crystal oscillators 20, 30 are placed is detected, and after an oscillation device 1 for controlling the temperature of the atmosphere is mounted based on the temperature detection results, the power supply unit 13 of the oscillation device 1 is turned on. When the power supply unit 13 is turned on, a program for increasing and decreasing the temperature of a Peltier element 6 repeatedly between temperatures higher than and lower than one temperature is executed. Upon ending of temperature increase and decrease of the Peltier element 6, temperature of the Peltier element 6 is adjusted by a temperature control circuit 8 based on the temperature detection results so that the temperature in the container 11 is a set temperature, thus acquiring oscillation output. Since thermal strain at a soldered portion of the package 4 of crystal oscillator and a printed circuit board 12 or of a conductive adhesive 44 is reduced when the temperature of the Peltier element 6 is increased and decreased, the hysteresis characteristics are improved thus enhancing the frequency stability.</p>
