PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EGR device 91 for recirculating part of exhaust gas to be discharged from an exhaust manifold 71 into an intake manifold 73, as EGR gas, capable of suppressing occurrence of black smoke and efficiently reducing the amount of NOx by reducing a variation in the mixing state of fresh air and the EGR gas.SOLUTION: In the EGR device 91, temperature sensors 151-153 are mounted on an EGR body case 145. The fresh air temperature sensor 151 for detecting the temperature of fresh air, the EGR gas temperature sensor 152 for detecting the temperature of EGR gas from the exhaust manifold 71, the mixed gas temperature sensor 153 for detecting the temperature of mixed gas are arranged at a site near an intake throttle member 146, at a site near an EGR valve member 149, and at a site near an inlet 73a of the intake manifold 73, respectively.
