PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end position detection device capable of preventing erroneous detection of an end position of a conveyed body without causing deterioration of a surface of the conveyed body or increase of a maintenance load. ! SOLUTION: An end position detection device has: end position detection means for detecting an end position in a width direction perpendicular to a conveying direction of a belt-like conveyed body; and guide means provided in the conveying direction at each of upstream and downstream sides of the end position detection means for guiding the conveyed body while holding an end in the width direction of the conveyed body to convey to the end position detection means. !
