<p>The present invention relates to a dispersing and grinding device for a worked material with a separate structure, capable of separating between a dispersing and a grinding part of the worked material, and a fine particle discharge part wherein fine particles is atomized by the dispersing and grinding part capable of rotating the separated dispersing and grinding part on an obtuse angle. Therefore, component cleaning, repair, and replacement for each part using cleaning water or a blower are facilitated.</p> |
