PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a composite image based on a photographed image on a mobile phone terminal with sufficiently enhanced aspect of amusement. SOLUTION: In an automatic picture creating apparatus, an updating additional image is prepared as an additional image (a first additional image) such as a stamp image to be compounded with a photographed image, and a second additional image is associated with the first additional image as an updated additional image. When the first additional image is compounded with the photographed image, in addition to setting information for the additional image such as an arrangement position is input (S400), and information indicating update condition is input (S402), based on user's operation. By combining these information with additional image data and such, data for adding an image is generated (S403, S404). The data for adding an image and data of the photographed image and such are obtained within the user's mobile phone terminal via a server, and a composite image is displayed on the terminal.
