PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical stone hot bath facility configured to appropriately discharge perspiration discharged to a medical stone layer and discharged water infiltrating into the medical stone layer in a washing process after washing, and which can be sanitarily used for a long period of time by appropriately washing the medical stone layer. SOLUTION: The medical stone hot bath facility has a single or a plurality of drains 12 which open on the upper surface in a foundation part of a bathroom 240. The medical stone hot bath facility also includes: a concrete floor plate 10 with a slope 14 inclined toward the drains 12; the medical stone layer 20 including crushed stones made of hornfels stones whose grain size is 50 mm or smaller and spread at the thickness of 400 mm or thicker on the concrete floor board 10; heating piping 30 disposed along the upper surface of the concrete floor plate 10 for circulating hot water heated by a boiler; and a hot-water supply pipe 40 for supplying hot water heated by the boiler into the bathroom 240.
