The present invention relates to a method for preparing a stone color restorer, a stone color restorer obtained by using the same, and a stone surface management method using the same and, more particularly, provides a technique for obtaining an acryl-urethane resin based one-component type product through an acryl-urethane double synthesis reaction and utilizing the product as a stone color restorer. The acryl-urethane resin based one-component type stone color restorer that is obtained according to the present invention has excellent color restoring properties and clarity, excellent water-repellent and oil-repellent effects lasting for a long period of time, and an excellent storage stability.
