The present invention relates to a line filter assembly which includes a case having a terminal; a coil assembly on which input and output power lines are wound on the core to remove the noise accommodated in the case; and a printed circuit board on which parts such as condenser, resistor and the like are mounted. A terminal bar (18) to assemble input and output terminals (11, 12, 14, 15, 16) is formed in left and right end units of a case body (10). An empty circular-shaped accommodation unit (19) is formed in the center to accommodate a coil assembly (31), and the coil assembly is assembled in the center of a printed circuit board (32). Holes (48, 49) are formed in both ends (46, 47) of a PCB assembly (30), and a connection unit (20), which is curved to be upwardly protruding from the input and output terminals, is inserted and connected to a circuit by soldering. The coil assembly (31) is arranged in the accommodation unit (19) in the center of the case body (10), X-shaped capacitors (40, 41) are accommodated in a space unit (38) which is formed in between the terminal bar (18) and the accommodation unit (19). The both ends (46, 47) of the PCB assembly (30) are supported by two main support docking sleeves (21, 22) which are upwardly protruding in a position facing both sides from the bottom of the case body, and at least one auxiliary prop unit (25). An upper cover (55) includes the case body (10) which is assembled from the above of the bottom surface of the PCB. Therefore, the assembly work is efficient and the quality stability can be improved. |
