The present invention comprises a pump body (10) having a hydraulic chamber (12) for receiving hydraulic pressure supplied to the fluid layer of a press and an air chamber (14) for introducing pressure air; an air vent shaft (20) installed in the air chamber (14) of the pump body (10) to be slid so that the internal hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic chamber (12) can be supplied to the fluid layer of the press when moved forward to the hydraulic chamber (12); an air vent piston assembly (30) for making the air vent shaft (20) move forward to the hydraulic chamber (12) by supplying the air to the air chamber (14) of the pump body (10) and converting the air vent shaft (20) to be returned to the original position by draining the air of the air chamber (14) to the outside when the air vent shaft (20) is moved forward; a retreat unit (40) for returning the air vent shaft (20) to the original position when the air is drained from the air chamber (14) of the pump body (10) by the air vent piston assembly (30); and a bypass valve unit (15VU) for discharging the hydraulic pressure from the hydraulic chamber (12) to the outside when the hydraulic chamber (12) of the pump body (10) is overloaded by the stick state of the pressing driving part of the press.
