A blank for a split bushing is made in the form of two connected areas - flat and partly cylindrical, and the radius of its outer cylindrical surface is equal to the radius of the outer cylindrical surface of the split bushing. The radius of the inner cylindrical surface of this partly cylindrical area is equal to the radius of the inner cylindrical surface of the split bushing, and a partly cylindrical area in the cross section perpendicular to its longitudinal axis is limited by a central angleand in this cross section the arc length with a radius of curvatureof the neutral layer of a partly cylindrical area subtended by angleis equal to the product of these values, and the length of the flat area is equal to. A flat area is formed as a longer partly cylindrical area and in the section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the blank of the arcs of circumference with radii of curvature of neutral layers of these areasandrespectively are limited by a central anglerad. The total length of these arcs is equal to the length of a circle with a radius of curvature of the neutral layer of split bushing. The radius of curvature of the neutral layer of a long partly cylindrical area is equal to three radii of curvature of the neutral layer of split bushing, that is.
|
