The barrier (1) has a vertical frame (2) forming a set of windows (3) delimited by side structures (5, 6). Each window is equipped with an L-shaped application beam (10). One of the structures carrying the beam includes lower and upper parts respectively below and above a pivot axle (12) of the beam. The lower part is isolated from another side structure to form a side clearance (14). The beam is moved until a release position in which a transversal arm is isolated from the latter side structure, from top toward bottom so as to partially release an access to the clearance. |
