The device (12) has a fluid-fluid type evaporator (123) e.g. plate heat exchanger, a compressor (122), a condenser (121) and an expander (124) connected with each other in a closed circuit by fluid circulation circuits (126, 127) of the device. A primary circuit of the evaporator is connected to other fluid circulation circuits (116, 117) of a main heat exchange system (11) at a high pressure section upstream of the expander. A secondary circuit of the evaporator is connected to one of the former fluid circulation circuits (126).
