<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neckline cold insulating ornament eliminating the need for insertion and extraction (attachment or detachment) of a cold pack and providing a fastener, convenient to handle, excellent in cold insulating property, and ruch in decorativeness around the neck.SOLUTION: A neckline cold insulating ornament 1 includes an outside cover material 2 formed in a shape of a slim bag belt and having a cool contact feeling material fabric 11 exhibiting a cold insulation effect by containing water on at least one face side, and a fastening tool 3 including hooks arranged in both corners of one side part of the outside cover material 2, and others. A part of the outside cover material 2 is wound around the neck and one part of the outside cover material 2 is fastened so as to be surrounded by the fastening tool 3 and the other end side is dangled in a scarf form to achieve cold insulation around the neck by the cool contact feeling material fabric 11 and decoration around the neck by winding and dangling of the outside cover material 2.</p> |
