<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic glass casting device that is suitably compatible with the case even when conditions relating to casting molding of metallic glass are more difficult, and to provide a casting method using the same.SOLUTION: A metallic glass casting device includes: a high frequency melting crucible 10 configured by that a high-frequency coil 12 for generating high frequency is wound up to a crucible body 11, and having a through-hole 16 vertically penetrated and provided with a size that cannot be passed by the surface tension of a molten metal 13 when a difference in pressure inside and outside is not present in a storage space 14 and a bottom 15 of the crucible body for storing the molten metal 13 of metallic glass, and an air port 17 provided at an upper part of the crucible body 11; a casting mold 20 having a casting sprue 21 sealed to the through-hole 16 of the crucible body 11 and brought into communication therewith; a vertically contacting and separating device 30 for bringing the high frequency melting crucible 10 and the casting mold 20 into contact and separation; and a vacuum chamber 40 being in a state of vacuum decompression by including the high frequency melting crucible 10 and the casting mold 20, and provided to cast the molten metal 13 into the casting mold 20 by vacuum break.</p> |
