PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer which does not deteriorate precision of a load cell and does not cause errors by mounting an agitation vessel on the load cell during measurement time.SOLUTION: A mixer comprises: a revolving shaft 7 which is arranged in a central part of an agitation vessel 1; and an agitation blade 8 which is arranged at the revolving shaft 7. The mixer is formed to mix and agitate a mixture G to be stirred, charged into the agitation vessel 1 by rotation of the agitation blade 8. The mixer includes a load cell 12 disposed on an agitation vessel installation surface 10a to measure the weight of the agitation vessel 1 and the mixture G to be stirred so that the mixture G to be stirred supplied into the agitation vessel 1 is managed. At the time when the weight is measured by the load cell 12, the agitation vessel 1 is mounted on the load cell 12. At times except the time when the weight is measured, lifting means 11 for lifting the agitation vessel 1 at a constant distance from the load cell 12 is used. |
