<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing apparatus which keeps a desired amount of developer in a developer container with high accuracy even if process speed changes, to prevent image defect, and improves detection accuracy of a toner concentration sensor, and to provide an image forming apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: A developing apparatus includes a developer container, a first agitation member, a second agitation member, a developer carrier, a communication part, a developer inlet, and a developer outlet. Rotation speed of the first agitation member and the second agitation member can be changed in a multiple stages. When a stable amount of developer in the developer container when the first and second agitation members are rotated at the highest speed is M1, and a stable amount of developer in the developer container when the first and second agitation members are rotated at the lowest speed is M2, (M2-M1)/M1≤0.11 is satisfied.</p> |
