<p>Dough mold device (1) comprises a continuously circulating conveyor belt, an operative plate (2) associated with lower strand of the conveyor belt, a center longitudinal axis of operative plate extending symmetrically to a first end portion (5) and storage area which is open towards a recess (3) for receiving shaped dough strands adjoining at a second end portion (4). The width of the recess increases continuously in the direction towards the storage area. The recess is formed between two identical former elements symmetrical to the central longitudinal axis of operative plate. A pressing plate is provided at the end facing away from the storage area of the former elements, whose surface forms a plane with the surfaces of the former elements. The bottom portion of the recess is arranged by the molding plate or by the region below the recess, and support plate element is extending over the maximum width of the recess. The strands of dough between the lower strand of the conveyor belt and the pressing plate of the former elements and the bottom portion of the recess are rolled in the direction towards the storage area during operation of the dough mold device, to change into the desired shape due to the recess.</p> |
