<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide bearing which has a synthetic resin bearing layer with sintered metal as a base material, and can obtain precise and stable rotation torque, and to provide the high-accuracy slide bearing usable as a slide bearing which receives a relatively-large radial load and an axial load such as, for example, rotating shafts of a compressor for a room air conditioner and a compressor for a car air conditioner, and transmissions of an automobile and a construction machine.SOLUTION: A resin layer 2 is integrally formed by being laminated on the inside diameter face side of a sintered metal-made base material 1 of a cylindrical slide bearing, the resin layer 2 is composed of a resin component obtained by blending a fibrous filling material into an aromatic polyether ketene resin, the fibrous filling material 3 is oriented so that a length direction of a fiber intersects with a rotation direction of a bearing at angles of 45 to 90 degrees, and the resin layer 2 is formed with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.7 mm, thus forming a compound slide bearing. The wear damage of a mating material caused by both-end edges of the fiber is reduced, and a friction coefficient is stabilized. By this constitution, there can be provided the compound slide bearing which has the synthetic resin layer 2 with sintered metal as the base material 1, and can obtain precise and stable rotation torque.</p> |
