A system for cooling and cycling a battery pack is provided. The system includes an air supplying device configured to output pressurized air. The system further includes a vortex tube device configured to output cooling air at a first temperature level by receiving the pressurized air from the air supplying device and reacting with the pressurized air. The system further includes at least one heat exchanger provided on a battery pack and configured to cool the battery pack by receiving the cooling air from the vortex tube device. The system further includes a battery cycling device electrically connected to the battery pack and configured to charge and discharge the battery pack when the battery pack is cooled.
