摘要 Preparing aminoacids or aminoesters (I) obtained from long chain natural mono-unsaturated fatty acid or ester with at least 10 adjacent carbon atoms per molecule, comprises: transforming long chain natural fatty acid or ester in first step for physical treatment by homometathesis or a microbiological process in mono-unsaturated fatty acid or ester (II); submitting (II) to a cross metathesis catalyst with an alkene compound (III); and transforming the obtained product of ester compound (IV) in omega -amino acid by hydrogenation or amination of terminal double bond. Preparation of aminoacids or aminoesters of formula (NH 2-(CH 2) n-COOR) (I) obtained from long chain natural mono-unsaturated fatty acid or ester with at least 10 adjacent carbon atoms per molecule, comprises: transforming long chain natural fatty acid or ester in first step for physical treatment by homometathesis or a microbiological process in mono-unsaturated fatty acid or ester of formula (R 1-(CH 2) m-CH=CH-(CH 2) p-COOR) (II); submitting the mono-unsaturated fatty acid or ester (II) to a cross metathesis catalyst with an alkene compound of formula (R 2-CH=CH-R 3) (III); and transforming the obtained ester compound of formula (R 3-CH=CH-(CH 2) p-COOR) (IV) in omega -amino acid by hydrogenation or amination of terminal double bond. R : H, 1-4C alkyl; R 1H, CH 3 or COOR; n : 5-14; m : 0-14; p : 2-11; R 2H or CN; and R 3H, CN or CH 2NH 2. Provided that: if R 2 is CN; and R 3 can only be H or CN.
