1. An organic electroluminescence element comprising:
a light emission layer wherein the light emission layer comprises metal complex represented by the following Formula 4 or Formula 5, or an isomer thereof as a part of the structure thereof; in the above formula, A31, A32, A33, Y31, Y32, Y33,Y34, Y35 and Y36 are each a carbon atom or a nitrogen atom; m13 is iridium; and L5 and L6 are each an alkylene group, in the above formula, A41, A42, A43, Y41, Y,42, Y43,Y44, Y45 and Y46 are each a carbon atom or a nitrogen atom; M14 is Ir; and L7 and L8, are each an alkylene group.
