PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of foam floats is provided to prevent the corrosion of components included in a vehicle by reducing the amount of a sulfur or sulfur compound emitted from the final floats. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of foam floats comprises a step of forming a synthetic rubber sheet by mixing an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), a phenol resin, a vulcanizing agent, a foaming agent, and an accelerating agent (S10); a step of forming a foam body by vulcanizing the synthetic rubber sheet (S20); a step of heat-treating the foam body in a first temperature-increasing condition (S30); and a step of heat-treating the foam body in a second temperature-increasing condition. The first temperature-increasing condition and the second temperature-increasing condition are 200-40°C/h and 4-5°C/h respectively.
