FIELD: the invention is intended for measuring of mass consumption of air moving along the tubing in a combustion engine. ^ SUBSTANCE: The arrangement has a tubular element located in the tubing. In the opening in the wall of the tubular element there is a measuring head coming out in its flowing channel. The measuring head has a measuring element in the shape of a dielectric membrane with thermoresisters. A protective net is installed in the flowing channel before the measuring element under an angle or perpendicularly to the direction of the flow. The protective net has openings which axis lines pass on the angle relatively to the direction of the movement of the flow. The protective net takes aside dirty particles and drops of liquid in detour of the measuring head. ^ EFFECT: the invention increases accuracy of measuring. ^ 12 cl, 8 dwg
