The present invention relates to a mobile terminal in which an instant messenger is installed, and an apparatus and a method to provide a phone page using the same. According to the present invention, the mobile terminal in which an instant messenger is installed comprises: a contact examining unit which examines whether designated special characters exist in a contact data inputted by a user when the mobile terminal commands to connect a call; and an instant messenger activating unit which activates the instant messenger if the designated special characters exist in the contact data. If the instant messenger is activated, a request for an instant messenger service asking the contact data as a conversation partner is transmitted to an instant messenger server, and a temporary conversation window with the conversation partner related to the contact data is opened by relay of the instant messenger server. |
