The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device which includes a first sub-pixel area, a second sub-pixel area, and a third sub-pixel are. The organic light emitting display device includes: a first electrode; a second electrode which are arranged on the first electrode to face the first electrode; a hole injection layer arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode; an organic light emitting layer arranged on the hole injection layer and includes a first, a second, and a third organic light emitting layers; a red assistant layer located between the first electrode and the second electrode and includes a first resonance assistant layer, a second resonance assistant layer, a first doping layer, and a second doping layer; and a green assistant layer located between the first electrode and the second electrode, and includes a third resonance assistant layer, a fourth resonance assistant layer, a third doping layer, and a fourth doping layer. Therefore, the brightness and efficiency of light emission of the organic light emitting display device are increased.
