A hose reel with a pressure gauge according to an embodiment includes a pair of reel discs disposed at a given interval; first and second hubs disposed at the center of the reel discs and wound with a fire extinguishing hose; a pressure gauge connected to the first hub; an elbow pipe connected to the second hub; a hose coupling pipe installed to be exposed at the outside of the first and second hubs and connected with one end of the fire extinguishing hose; a connector for connecting the elbow pipe and the hose coupling pipe; and a pressure gauge connected to the connector to measure the pressure of fire extinguishing water supplied through the elbow pipe. The pressure gauge is disposed at the center of the reel discs, and is rotated together with the reel discs and the first and second hubs.
