<p>The winder (1) has a reel (2) provided on an interior part of a case (8). A winding unit (20) automatically winds a conductive wire or a tape on the reel, and provided with a spring assembly. Spiral springs (21) are assembled in the spring assembly in a serial manner. A connection part assembly is arranged between the springs. Connection parts (23) of the connection part assembly are connected with an interior end and an external end of the springs. Blocking units block rotation of the reel when acceleration of a winding exceeds a predetermined threshold value. The case is arranged with an assembly of metal teeth. The reel is fixed with a semi-shell (8a).</p> |
