<p>The device has a front directional system that is arranged with a telescopic fork or a drawn wheel. A support (15) is arranged with a brake clamp (9) that is movable in rotation with regard to an articulation arm (6) of the fork. A set of connection units is arranged between the support and the suspension arm by mechanical or hydraulic devices. A given point (3) of a pneumatic tire (11) remains in a point linked to the ground located on an axis (A) at an approximately constant distance with regard to another axis (B) representing weight of a vehicle e.g. moped.</p>
