The present invention relates to a water-soluble cutting oil and washing water purifier comprising: an oil and water separating device consisting of a water tank including a recovery tank and an oil header floating on the surface of water, which is connected to the recovery tank by a pipe, an air pressure pump connected to the lower side of the oil header floating on the surface of water, an air and water separator connected to the side surface of the air pressure pump, a handle-type filter having an upside thereof connected to the upside of the air pressure pump, an adsorption device and a drainage device connected to two points at the lower side of the handle-type filter respectively, an oil storage tank connected to the upside of the adsorption device, and a circular filter having an upside thereof connected to the lower side of the adsorption device and a downside thereof connected to the water tank; and a filtering device consisting of an electric pump connected to the other side of the drainage device, which has one side thereof connected to the handle-type filter, by a pipe, a silicon filter connected to the electric pump, a mineral activated carbon filter connected to the silicon filter, a plant activated carbon filter connected to the mineral activated carbon filter, a fiber filter connected to the plant activated carbon filter, and a purified object storage tank connected to the fiber filter. Therefore, the present invention, as configured above, can reduce oil waste by purifying lubricating oil and washing water, which are used for cutters, washers, etc., thus obtaining new oil and laundering water, can improve work environment, can increase production efficiency, can not only protect the environment but also reduce production costs by purifying and reusing discarded cutting oil and washing water, can be operated easily, and does not malfunction easily. |
