<p>The installation has a tubular geothermal pile (P) comprising a tubular element (1) inserted in a borehole (F) that is formed in a ground (S) and geothermal probes (20, 21) arranged inside the element. Depth (Pf) of the borehole is greater than length (L) of the element. The element is configured to take efforts transmitted by descent of load of building by side friction. A lower end (11) of the element is opened, and the probes exceed open end and reach bottom of the borehole. The borehole is filled with filling materials (M1, M2) from bottom of hole until an upper end (10) of the element. An independent claim is also included for a method for heating and/or cooling a building.</p> |
