A method includes the following steps. A carbon nanotube array is provided. An original carbon nanotube film is drawn from the carbon nanotube array and suspended. The original carbon nanotube film includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes substantially oriented along a first direction. The suspended original carbon nanotube film is soaked with an atomized organic solvent to form a carbon nanotube film. A support film is provided. The carbon nanotube film is attached to the support film. Wherein, the atomized organic solvent comprises a plurality of organic droplets separated from each other with diameters of larger than or equal to 10 micrometers, and less than or equal to 100 micrometers. |

providing a carbon nanotube array; drawing an original carbon nanotube film from the carbon nanotube array, and suspending the original carbon nanotube film to obtain a suspended original carbon nanotube film, the original carbon nanotube film comprising a plurality of carbon nanotubes substantially oriented along a first direction; soaking the suspended original carbon nanotube film with an atomized organic solvent, to form a carbon nanotube film; and providing a support film and attaching the carbon nanotube film to the support film, wherein the atomized organic solvent comprises a plurality of organic droplets separated from each other with diameters of larger than or equal to 10 micrometers, and less than or equal to 100 micrometers. |
