摘要 An equalization circuit includes: discharge sections which are provided correspondingly to secondary batteries respectively, and discharge the corresponding secondary batteries to convert energy resulting from the discharge into heat; a temperature detector which detects a temperature under the converted heat; and an equalization controller which selects a discharge section as a selection discharge section, the selection discharge section corresponding to a secondary battery of the secondary batteries to be discharged, the equalization controller causing the selection discharge section to discharge the corresponding secondary battery, and equalizing electric quantities accumulated in the secondary batteries, wherein if the secondary battery is discharged by the selection discharge section and if the temperature detected by the temperature detector is higher than a predetermined reference temperature, the equalization controller reduces a discharge current to a value lower than a value when the temperature is lower than the reference temperature.
