The present invention relates to a solar cell type LED road marker and, more specifically, to a solar cell LED road marker which can be buried in a variety of places for marking centerlines and boundary lines for roads or bicycle roads by receiving solar light and providing soft light at night, which can be easily and simply constructed without destroying the surface of roads around the marker in the process of constructing the marker, which has a structure for being easily repaired and replaced when the marker is malfunction or destroyed, and which can prevent the robbery of the marker by preventing the exposure of the lateral sides and the bottom side of a buried marker main body and forming an upper cover which cannot easily be opened by a general person. The solar cell type LED road marker according to the present invention comprises a solar cell; a PCB board which is in electric connection with the solar cell; an LED lamp which is in electric connection with the PCB board and emits light; a battery for charging power generated from the solar cell; and a main body in which the solar cell, the PCB board, the LED lamp, and the battery are placed therein. The main body comprises a body in which an internal receiving part opening upward and a ground settling part with the horizontal bottom part are formed, and which comprises a pillar part protruding downward to be buried in the ground, and an upper cover which is fixed to open and close the upper part of the body in order to close the internal receiving part, wherein the body has a flange part protruding downward along the outer circumferential direction of the ground settling part. |
