Provides in the present invention is a method capable of massively and rapidly inducing mesenchymal stem cells to transdetermine into hematopoietic stem cells of high purity, the method comprising the following steps: 1) preparing a homogeneous mesenchymal stem cell medium; 2) combining a variety of small RNA molecules; 3) assembling and transfecting nucleic acid polypeptide nanoparticles; 4) inducing an amplification medium via transdetermined hematopoietic stem cells; 5) activating a variety of gene associated with hematopoiesis, which solves the technical bottleneck problems in the prior art such as difficulties in matching cells, immune rejection and limitation of the number of hematopoietic stem cells in treatments using hematopoietic stem cells. |
