<p>The invention provides a sulfonyl-containing compound, an organic electroluminescence device using the sulfonyl-containing compound and a preparation method thereof. The sulfonyl-containing compound has a structural formula of: formula (I). In the formula, R1, R2 and R3 are an alkyl chain, an aromatic cyclic group, a heterocyclic group, -CN or -OCH3 etc.; R1, R2 and R3 are respectively connected to the 2-position or 3-position of a benzene ring. The sulfonyl-containing compound of the invention combines three sulfur dibenzofuran units together to form a novel sulfonyl-containing compound with a dendriform molecular structure, combining both the electron affinity and electron transporting performance of sulfur dibenzofuran and the steric effect of a dendriform molecule. The use of the novel sulfonyl-containing compound in a light-emitting layer or an electron-transporting layer of an organic electroluminescence device can efficiently improve the efficiency and service life of the organic electroluminescence device.</p> |
