The controller (10) has a collective pitch lever (20) extending from an end (21) towards another end (22). A handle (30) controls a yaw movement control device, where the handle is secured to an inner crown (40) guided in rotation around an axis (AXLAC) by an outer crown (50) integral with the latter end of the lever. The inner crown is secured to the outer crown, where the lever is rotatable about another axis (AXCOL), so that elevational movement of a hand of a pilot causes rotation of the lever to generate a collective control command of collective pitch of blades. An independent claim is also included for a rotorcraft.
