PURPOSE:To obtain an oxide magnetic material which can maintain a high Q in a high-frequency band higher than a specific frequency, can yield a chip coil having a small temperature coefficient of inductance, and can be suitably used as the core material of the chip coil. CONSTITUTION:The title material is prepared by adding 0.1-0.5wt.% SiO2 and 0.05-0.35wt.% Co3O4 to a composition composed of 45.0-49.0mol % Fe2O3, 3.0-9.0mol% MgO, 1.0-4.0mol% CuO, 0.1-1.5mol% Bi2O3, and the rest of NiO. |
