Provided is a cooking gas burner installed at a frame (2) on which a bowl (1) is laid and heating the bowl (1), wherein the cooking gas burner comprises: a burner head (10) formed into a short pipe of which the upper and the lower side are opened, having a gas flow path (11) between the inner and the outer circumferential surface thereof, and having a flame hole (12) formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof and communicating with the gas flow path (11); a gas supply pipe (20) supplying gas to the flow path (11) of the burner head (10); a heating tank (30) filled with water, shaped into a small cylinder with an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the burner head (10), installed at the frame (1) or in the burner head (10), longitudinally penetrating the burner head (10), heated by a flame spurting from the flame hole (12) of the burner head (10), and having an upper surface in surface contact with the bottom surface of the bowl (1); and a hot water storage tank (50) connected to the heating tank (30) through a water drain pipe (33) and a water supply pipe (34), supplying cold water to the heating tank (30), and receiving hot water from the heating tank (50), wherein the flame spurted from the flame hole (12) of the burner head (10) and heating the heating tank (30) is radially dispersed along the bottom surface of the bowl (1) after rising along the side surface of the heating tank (30), and the bottom surface of the bowl (1) has a central portion heated by the heated heating tank (30). |
