PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce a polymer for an electronic device.SOLUTION: The polymer comprises a copolymer expressed by formula (1) described below and has an acid value of 15 mgKOH/g or more and 65 mgKOH/g or less on the polymer basis. In formula (1), l and m each represent a molar content percentage in the polymer, satisfying l+m=1; n is 0, 1, or 2; R, R, Rand Reach independently represent hydrogen or an organic group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms; and A represents maleic acid anhydride or a specific structural unit derived from maleic acid anhydride. |
