<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object detector capable of suppressing an operation amount required for acquiring a distance, while keeping distance detection accuracy.SOLUTION: An object detector 1 includes a projection optical system 100, a light-receiving optical system 200 capturing a target area by a CMOS image sensor 240, a distance acquisition part 21b acquiring three-dimensional distance information, and an object detection part 21c detecting the motion of an object to be detected based on the three-dimensional distance information. The object detection part 21c sets the movement area A2 of the object to be detected on a measured image R captured by the CMOS image sensor 240 and the distance acquisition part 21b acquires a distance image P2 based on the measured image R in the movement area A2. The object detection part 21c detects the motion of the object to be detected based on the distance image P2.</p> |
