<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cost increase without increasing replacement operations such as the replacement of metal mold parts by using a common cutting blade even if plate fins are formed into a corrugated wave shape and the cutting blade needs to be used in a cutting process after a continuous molding process.SOLUTION: Since peripheral edges of all plate fines 3 are formed flat, it is possible to use a common cutting blade for cutting parts in a metal mold. Therefore, it is possible to increase lineups according to specifications of the fins, to make a heat exchanger thinner by increasing the strength of the fins, to improve performance by adopting a fine corrugated shape, and to suppress metal mold cost.</p> |
