PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film transfer implement which, in the middle to final stage of operation of the coating film transfer implement, relaxes tension of a transfer tape during coating film transfer to allow transfer of a coating film with a lighter pressing pressure and prevent poor running of the transfer tape.SOLUTION: A coating film transfer implement delivers a transfer tape from a delivery core wound with the transfer tape in which a coating film is formed on a substrate tape, transfers the coating film to a to-be-transferred object by pressing the coating toward the object with a transfer head, and takes up the substrate tape after transfer of the coating film around a take-up core by rotating the delivery core and the take-up core in an interlocked way by means of a belt laid between the delivery core and the take-up core. The coating film transfer implement is characterized by the features: (a) the coating film transfer implement has tension increasing means of increasing the tension beyond the tension P of a belt laid between both the cores; and (b) the tension increasing means is released when a pressing force is applied to the transfer head during coating film transfer. The release of the tension increasing means returns the tension of the belt to the tension P. |
