PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a general type device, in particular, significantly simplify a thermal fitting process.SOLUTION: A positioner 1 for positioning plural functional members 4 having a hole 2 for a shaft 3, in particular, a cam 4a, a balance weight, a gear wheel, and/or a bearing on a predetermined angular position on the shaft, is provided. The positioner has plural attachment parts 5, for individual functional members, to which a mold 6 for securing an angular position of each functional member corresponding to the angular position on the shaft, is attached respectively. The attachment parts are disposed so that the holes of the functional members are located on a common linear line 7. The attachment parts are arranged by overlapping sequentially in a vertical direction so that the common linear line extends toward the vertical direction, and a guide carriage 8 movable in the vertical direction for the shaft is provided so that assembly of the functional members to the shaft is performed in the vertical direction. |
